After General Conference today I was talking to my dad on the phone, this is how our conversation went.
Dad-"So what are you doing the rest of the day?"
Carlie- "We having a potluck at out house"
Dad- "With boys?"
Carlie- "Yes..."
Dad- "You need to make something good"
Like every southern girl knows, the he way to a boys heart? His stomach.
Well done Mom and Dad. Well done.

Speaking of parents speaking of boys.. Today i walked in on my mom and dad having a conversation about how cute or uncute my babies will be. Mortifying, i tell you. And on the food note.. Ive learned i should stop baking so good for the elders.
