I am Carlie Gilbert. I just recently graduated from Brigham Young University Hawaii. That's right. I lived in Hawaii, which was a dream and half. Now I'm living in Dallas and teaching Elementary School. I would never call myself a fashionista but I do love thrift store shopping or a good retail sale. I would just like to say that

I am happy. I have yet to get my happy ending, but I'm more than content with life right now. This year was a year of losses but I'm happy with who I've become. For once, I don't need anyone to make me happy. I just am. I don't need anyone to define who I am. I think I'd rather be happy than in love. Maybe one day those two things will go together, and stay together, but for now, I'll just be happy.
