About Me

My photo
I am Carlie Gilbert. I just recently graduated from Brigham Young University Hawaii. That's right. I lived in Hawaii, which was a dream and half. Now I'm living in Dallas and teaching Elementary School. I would never call myself a fashionista but I do love thrift store shopping or a good retail sale. So this blog is a glace at some of the outfits I have put together. Enjoy!

Roller Coaster Life

I've decided that my life is a huge emotional roller coaster.

This morning my alarm went off at 5:45am, which made me mad.

Seminary was lame, which made me bored. At this point I felt like I was on its a small world after all ride.

Then I got home and curled my hair all loose and chic, thanks to the lesson Lynsey taught me last night, but my hair looked real cute, which of course made me happy.

In first period,we talked about the stupid taks test which made me frustrated with stupid Texas government.

Then I walked Zack to class, which made me happy.

Then I went and sat in Child Development, which made me bored.

Next Algebra 2, which made me frustrated cause its so flippin hard. This threw my coaster for a loop.

Then lunch, which was alright, I had a star crunch that brightened my spirits.

Off to Chemistry, we went over taks stuff which irritated me. This threw me for another big loop.

Then, good news in Ready Set Teach, we can go to our schools, so we left, and then me and two other guys decided out teachers weren't expecting us so we went to Chickfila, which made me happy. How could a lemonade and a lemon pie not make one happy. At this point my roller coaster was making that tick tick going really high about to drop noise.

Then back to school, Zack walked me to drill team, which added to the happiness, then my roller coaster went in an underground tunnel during drill team.

Annie came over, and I complained and we talked, she played on the computer and I cleaned my room, which made me feel accomplished and connected.

Next was a drill team meeting. All have to say is that it left me confused and unsure.

Then home, then to go tanning, apparently it closes at 8, this made me pretty mad.

Which leads me to here. Content and blogging. The ride is over for today.
