I am Carlie Gilbert. I just recently graduated from Brigham Young University Hawaii. That's right. I lived in Hawaii, which was a dream and half. Now I'm living in Dallas and teaching Elementary School. I would never call myself a fashionista but I do love thrift store shopping or a good retail sale. I AM OLD

So today I was cleaning out our pantry, checking expiration dates and whatnot. I'm sure your wondering where exactly I'm going with this but just keep reading. So i noticed that A LOT of the food expires in 2010. Wow. I graduate high school in 2010. That's next year. When did I get so old!? I have a charm bracelet that has a little graduation charm with 2010 on it, that I got when I was like 12, back then 2010 seemed like FOREVER away. Now that its 2009, well I've just been slapped in the face by how old I am. I'm not scared about graduation at all actually REALLY excited. But wow, where did all the time go? Pretty soon I'm going to start getting gray hairs :/

    Haha, try getting ready to graduate from college THIS year! weird. I know what you mean though.. it is weird, and you are still a year away!

    It took me until halfway through your blog that i realized... 2010 is next YEAR! WHOA!! 2013 is not far away either it seems like SO far away! I feel old too, even though im younger than you. WHERE DID the time go? Wow. And how do I "follow" your blog, im so confused..
